Outsourced Information Technology

I am in a difficult situation – need advice. Sooo much!?
I am a recent graduate from the school and are true interest in anything. Recently, I cultivated an interest in international affairs. (I know I have to learn a language pair for that.) Moreover, I have always had some interest in the technology sector, but after hearing that most of the jobs I doubt outsourcing. Is there a degree must be combined business and technology? If so, is it a good idea? I want to study abroad, then please give me as much information as possible. Again, please give me advice as you can. Thanks a tonne. A title that combines business and technology.
You've posted many times, and changed to often – to get the answers you want? If you want to study abroad is limited to countries where the language of instruction is English, of course, unless you have experience in another language. You should look to Hong Kong, Australia, England and some U.S. college campuses in other cities. Management operations combine international affairs and technology. These are people who direct the operations of the company, not much is contracted out – often the management of subcontractors. There are many technology platforms operations, and is an area much more interesting than you might imagine.
