Is it unfair to hire U.S. citizens?
Indian outsourcers seem to think. They think I'm joking? Recently read Wipro Chairman Azim Premji had said: "If we hire local people, displace people we send from here with an H1B visa. So net-net, will not cost extra for us. "If this happens, there will be fewer plum jobs for children in India.
