What are the reasons for outsourcing may be bad for India?
I know that outsourcing is considered positive people in India, but what are some reasons that outsourcing could damage the economy.
I know about the economy, but I am sure that when companies in the United States have established call centers in India, I know from experience how bad that irritates us Americans trying to understand the accent. This is nothing against the indigenous, but from a perspective of an American that would be good to talk to Americans or people who can understand and speak fluently. It is very frustrating not to have questions raised by the language barrier. I think a lot of companies now use outsourcing to Indian and other countries can begin return to the United States if sales decline due to issues related to customer service. It is a common complaint in the United States when you call the technical reasons information credit card, others and we need to talk to someone. Not that you're very kind. Because you are, some of the best people to talk too, is difficult to bear when you have a problem to fix now!
